Finca Bellavista is a self-sustaining community in the jungles of Costa Rica. So if you are fan of everything that is eco-friendly and like to merge with nature this can be what you need. Finca Bellavista encompasses 300 acres (1.2 km2) of rainforest.The property is owned by Crested Beauty, S.A, which sells lots of between two and 5 acres (20,000 m2) to the general public, in which a stilt house or tree house may be built. The cost of a lot starts from $55,000. Residents are required to purchase a biodigester.

Finca Bellavista is actively developing and already has dozens of homes and public spaces (kitchen, dining room, lounge, WiFi-zone, swimming pool, ranch). You can move around the property not only by land but also on the suspension bridges and on the local cable transport system - Sky Trail.
