That is a Lamborghini Gallardo with a Sharpie pen paint job. This is a well known vehicle in the automotive enthusiast community as it has a specially designed exterior done with a sharpie pen. The artwork done by Jona Cerwinske using sharpie markers on the white paint and then finished off with a clear coat to seal the deal.
